What happens after you book

You send the form, and a real technician gets back to you — not a call center, not a dispatcher reading a script. The person who answers is the person who shows up. We confirm what you need, give you an arrival window, and tell you the diagnostic fee up front if it's a repair.

What a repair visit includes

A repair visit starts with a diagnosis, not a guess. Most calls come down to a handful of things — a failed capacitor, a burned contactor, a compressor that won't start, a tripped breaker, or a system low on refrigerant. We take a static-pressure reading, check amp draw against the nameplate, and measure refrigerant pressures where they apply. Then we tell you what's wrong and what it costs — a written estimate before a single part goes in. Nothing gets replaced without your say-so. Repairs carry a 12-month labor warranty on replaced parts and sealed-system components — motors, relays, fans, capacitors.

What an install visit includes

An install visit starts with a load calculation, not a catalog. We size the system to the house — not to whatever's on the truck — pull the permits, and give you one fully-installed price with equipment, labor, and permits together. Ducted or ductless, gas or heat pump, we match the system to the house and the way you use it. A single-zone mini-split starts at $3,850; a two-zone system from $7,850. New installs carry a 3-year labor warranty; the equipment itself is covered by the manufacturer, typically up to ten years with registration and regular maintenance.

What a maintenance visit includes

A maintenance visit is measured, not ticked off a clipboard. Coils, blower wheel, drain lines — every reading written down, so you get the actual numbers instead of a clean-looking checklist. A cleaning runs about 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the system, and you leave with a written report of what we found and what we did.

What it costs

Diagnostics are $99, credited toward any repair over $500. Mini-split installs start at $3,850. Cleanings start at $249. Maintenance plans start at $19.90/mo and take 10–20% off repairs. You get the number before we start, in writing.

Before we arrive

Clear a path to both the indoor and outdoor units. Know roughly how old the system is if you can. If it's a no-heat or no-cool call, leave the thermostat where it is — it helps us see what the system was doing when it failed.
