Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you call, text, or submit a form on this site, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and the details of your request (for example, which service you need and a description of the problem).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect certain technical information automatically — such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site (for example, through a Google ad). See the Cookies & Online Advertising section below for details.
We do not knowingly collect health information, and our forms do not ask for it. Please don't include medical details in your service requests — we don't need them to fix your HVAC.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your requests and schedule service, to provide, invoice, and follow up on the work you hired us for, to send you service-related communications (like appointment confirmations), to measure how well our advertising works, and to comply with legal and licensing requirements that apply to contractors in Washington.
We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to running our HVAC business.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example, our website hosting provider, form-processing tools, and Google, which performs ad measurement services on our behalf (see the next two sections). These providers may only use your information to provide services to us, not for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your phone number through a form on this site or by contacting us, you agree that we may call or text you about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf (such as a messaging platform) under confidentiality obligations, and only to support our customer service and messaging operations.

We send emails only in connection with your requests and our services — we don't operate a marketing email list.
Cookies & Online Advertising
We advertise on Google, and we use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to calls and service requests. This means we share certain information with third parties — specifically Google — to perform ad measurement services on our behalf. Google uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure these conversions, and may use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our website.
You can learn how Google uses data from sites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. To control the ads you see, visit Google Ads Settings or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how to respond, so like most websites, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Data Retention
We keep customer and job records as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, and meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed contractors — then we delete or anonymize them. Website analytics and ad-measurement data is retained according to Google's standard retention periods.
Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep some records where the law requires it — for example, invoices and warranty documentation). To make a request, email heisenberghvac@gmail.com or call 971-294-1215. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children's Privacy
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
